This amazingly detailed piece is a tribute to three birds that honour me to help them seek refuge in the afterlife. I found the owl and hawk off the side of the higher, and when I went to honour their bodies and spirit with sage, tobacco and fire, I discovered an entire goose on the beach. Needless to say, Spirit had spoken and wanted to also be honoured this way. This painting has probable taken the longest for me to create as I wanted to get all the details right.
